BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are secured once a deposit has been received. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
- —Deposits come off the final tattoo price on the day of your appointment.
- —Deposits secure your appointment date, time, and any drawing/preparation time.
- —No drawing work will begin until the deposit has been paid.
- —Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances unless the appointment is cancelled by the artist.
RESCHEDULING
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours’ notice.
- —Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date once.
- —Less than 72 hours’ notice may result in loss of your deposit.
- —Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
- —Cancelling your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.
- —Failure to attend your appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- —Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your session.
- —Arriving excessively late may require the appointment to be cancelled and a new deposit paid.
DESIGN CHANGES
Minor design adjustments can usually be made at your appointment.
- —Large changes to the original idea may require rescheduling and an additional deposit.
- —Custom artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied or used elsewhere without permission.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. Valid photo ID may be required.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Please inform the artist of any medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, or medications that may affect the tattoo process or healing.
Do not attend your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
AFTERCARE
Aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment. Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility.
The artist is not responsible for issues caused by improper healing or failure to follow aftercare advice.
TOUCH-UPS
Touch-up policies may vary depending on the tattoo and placement.
- —Free touch-ups (if offered) must usually be booked within a set timeframe after healing.
- —Tattoos on hands, fingers, feet, or other high-wear areas may require additional paid touch-ups.
DEPOSIT AMOUNT
A deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments.
Typical deposit amounts:
- —Small tattoos: £50
- —Half day and Full Day sessions: £100
(Deposit amounts may vary depending on the project.)
IMPORTANT DEPOSIT INFORMATION
- —Deposits are non-refundable.
- —Deposits are deducted from the final tattoo price.
- —Deposits cover appointment reservation, consultation time, and artwork preparation.
- —One reschedule is permitted with sufficient notice (minimum 72 hours).
- —Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling will result in loss of deposit.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
- —Photos and/or videos of your tattoo, and where applicable yourself, may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes.
- —Content may be used across social media, websites, portfolios, advertisements, and other business-related platforms.
- —All content is created and shared professionally, respectfully, and solely for the promotion of the business and its work.
- —The intention of any photography or filming is to showcase artwork and studio content, never to make clients feel uncomfortable or exposed.
- —Requests for images or videos to be removed can be made at any time; however, removal will be considered at the discretion of the artist/business owner.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Deposits can be paid via bank transfer, cash, or approved electronic payment methods.
